SMS / Text Messaging Terms

1. Program

Law Offices of Bob Nehoray text messages. We send text messages to people who ask us for help with a legal matter, such as follow-ups about their inquiry and call-back appointments with our team.

2. Consent

You receive text messages only if you agree to them, for example by ticking the text-message box on our contact form. Consent is not a condition of receiving our services.

3. Message Frequency and Rates

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

4. Opting Out

Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

5. Help

6. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
